Introducing the

Finding My Way

Over 40 prompts
Available in English, Italian and Spanish
Packed with guided self-reflection prompts

Journaling has been one of my passions since childhood. Over the years, as the founder and professional trainer of FindYourWay Coaching, I’ve noticed that many, if not most, of my clients also enjoy writing and have a deep appreciation for journaling, especially on paper. This led me to the idea of creating a branded journal. However, it was important that this journal offered more than just blank pages; I wanted it to provide guidance: prompts and questions designed to trigger self-reflection. This is exactly what you'll find in the journal, which is now available for you on Amazon.
The first version of the “Finding My Way” journal was launched at the World Mental Health Day 2024 during an event which we organized in Zurich last October and, as you can see in the pictures the participants seems to enjoy, or at least were deeply focused as they reflected on a specific prompt: “How can I communicate how I feel?” The journal only had 40 pages back then and it served as a pilot project.
Now, the journal has 30 additional prompts and it is available in 3 languages: English, Italian and Spanish.
I am incredibly proud to share this new product with you, which I created with so much care. I started journaling in 1991, so you can imagine how significant it is that this project has come to life, and that my clients, customers, and anyone out there can now benefit from using it.

Why Journaling?
There is substantial research showing the benefits of journaling for our mental and emotional wellbeing. Journaling offers a space to vent, to describe feelings, organize thoughts, and make sense of things. For me, the empty pages of a diary have given me the opportunity to sort through a jumble of thoughts, healing from grief, they have helped me in my professional and personal growth.
The prompts inside the journal are essentially questions designed to provoke self-reflection. They are written in both the first and second person, creating an interactive and personal experience. The goal is to write in response to the prompt or simply do whatever feels right, using the extra blank pages for additional thoughts or reflections. These questions are based on years of journaling myself and my experience working with clients on two main topics: mental wellbeing and assertive communication. Some prompts are the same questions I’d ask during one-on-one coaching sessions.

Journaling as a Tool for Your Team:
The Mental Spa Concept
During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, while many of us were working from home, I began holding “Mental Spa” sessions, which is now a trademarked program of FindYourWay Coaching. As work-life balance was hard, I encouraged people to create moments of relaxation and reflection for their minds, like you would do in spa. One of these moments was dedicated to journaling: a space to reflect on a specific prompt for 20 minutes before the workday.
Today, journaling is a central activity in many team-building sessions I organize, particularly with leadership teams. This is why we also offer a specialized journal for leaders, designed specifically for in-house company training.
